24 Hour Play Fest

2:30 am - Just got home from writing my play. I am very happy with it. I feel the dialogue and characters are strong. I was able to get the lead actor I wanted. I didn't want to pick a close friend because I don't want to hear if anyone is disappointed or pissed about lack of lines.

Paul seemed pleased - he called it an excellent chamber piece.

I left alot of decisions up to the director; thus, the director needs to have a clear vision of what she or he wants. I scripted little blocking, just reactions.

I am always nervous when I turn a piece over. I don't know what its going to look like or how an audience is going to react.

To my fans - No AIDS, No gay rights plea, Little politics.

It has become a cross between Closer and Bang, Bang You're Dead.

Ellie - I heart you! We need to hang out soon. Just the Helgas.

Gabe - I'm sorry I put you in an awkward position. Thanks for handling it the way you did. I respect that.

Goodnight sweet friends. I look forward to more adventures tomorrow. Until then sleep well and happy dreaming. Mags
